Job Description:
Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. Responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads, monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
Details of Function/Responsibility:
•Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
•Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
•Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
•Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts in company’s database.
•Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
•Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
•Generate Estimate in company provided software for customers
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
•Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s presence in USA
•Share sales reports weekly with management
